"Great experience, Great service!"
This review is for the company Smart Start Sitters that my husband and
I used while staying at the Renaissance Hotel in Times Square. We were
in NYC in December, and needed a sitter that we could trust in a city
where we didn't know anyone. The hotel recommended Smart Start
Sitters, and we couldn't have been more pleased. They were responsive,
helpful, and friendly. They gave us a bio of the babysitter that would
be watching our 7 month old girl, and it made us feel more familiar
with her and comfortable with the process. This was my first time
leaving her with a sitter, and not only were they reassuring and
comforting, but they went above and beyond to put me at ease. We loved
the experience and the babysitter Juliana so much, that we used them
again in April when we came back to the city. We highly recommend this
service!
